SCULPTING IN BUTTER Summary

Using butter as a medium for sculpture. The sculptures by nature of the butter are very short lived, and so are used as competition pieces or as ornate dinner table centre pieces. Butter is a very easily fashioned substance, it is chilled to stiffen.
