Description
When the benefits of rowing were realized some genius decided that it was time to invent the 'Rowing Machine' machines are fitted with a computerised counter, to count the number of strokes pulled. OK the science bit, the rower sits on a seat and puts their feet onto either a platform or footholds, the oars are represented by a hand bar which is joined to a cable, the object is to pull the bar against the strain and push with the feet, then return, this action simulates the movement of rowing.
