Motor Cycle display is where groups of motor cyclists come together to do displays like pyramids, crisscrossing at speed through a figure eight formation, and other formation styles. Free styling has also come into this category in recent years.

There are a few clubs around that are popular in this sport. These displays are always popular with the crowds especially when jumping or riding through walls of fire.
Location
Always found at good country fairs with field shows. And sometimes support other events like Historical re-enactment groups Main arena attractions Steam engine display groups and Vintage - classic vehicle owners.
Age
A sport for the more mature rider, there are some clubs that have a junior entrant doing the same thing on mini motor bikes. Free styling has also come into this arena with age groups of between 10 and 20 though not confined to this age group.

It would be good if you had a full license but not always necessary depending where you perform.

38 children ? the youngest of whom is just five years old - will thrill the crowds as they leap through hoops of fire and form the tricky ?human pyramid? balancing act from the seats of their bikes is one caption that was on a display programme characterizing the popularity of this sport. It is thrill seeking and is truly beyond words to explain properly.
Dedication
This is pure team work and requires a lot of dedication and trust between members. A sport that started in the military and they still hold the world record today and is open for civilian challenge.
Potential
It is very rewarding in the popularity of this sport, with visiting shows at Country Fairs, or even giving a display at a cup final. What ever the event, it is one of pride and accomplishment, and a tremendous advert for team work and dedication.

Cost is a variable the author cannot comment on as it all depends on what machines you are a using, protective equipment and uniform required. as well as this there is insurance to be considered and careful selection of this would have to be done as small print often dismisses cover when in performance mode. On top of this is club and membership fees to be considered.
