Location
Laughter Yoga was originally practiced in the early mornings in open parks, primarily by groups of older people. Since being formalised as "Laughter Clubs". It is now practised in a wide range of venue by people of all ages.
Description
Although Laughter Yoga can be practiced alone. It is generally done in groups, as when eye contact is made with someone who is also willing and wanting to laugh, the laughter is multiplied.
At first the laughter will be forced, it doesn't matter because the body doesn’t know the difference between fake and genuine laughter, as long as you are willing to laugh you will experience the same health benefits and the laughter will very soon become genuine and infectious.
