On the15th September 2008. David and Darren from HIPSFINDER attended the all associations meeting in Cosham. Where they visually demonstrated, to the members of the community associations of Portsmouth the HIPSFINDER project. Explaining the benefits that could be gained for both the community centres and the local community by ensuring that all of activities held locally are registered on the Hipsfinder / Clubfinder register. These benefits include, the local residents ability through a simple lifestyle search to find the full range of leisure time activities available to them, also when and where they are held. Thus ensuring that the full range of activities and facilities available are known about by all.
