Bodybuilding can be done at home, but most people will indulge at a gymnasium as that is where the best equipment can be found. This gives the person the possibility to use a variety of different weights and equipment.
Age
It is recommended that persons who want to start bodybuilding are of at least 16 years of age. Many gymnasiums will not allow persons under 16 years to participate in weight training activities
Ability
A bodybuilders size and shape are far more important than how much he or she can lift. In fact, for muscle definition it is recommended to work with lower weights and more repetition.
