Keepie uppie is the art of juggling with a football using feet, knees, chest, shoulders, and head, but not arms. Often incorporating impressive trick manoeuvres. A skilful exhibition pastime often used to improve footballing skills.

A very popular worldwide pastime of footballers and non footballers, A footballing type activity that can be pursued alone or in a group, by both males and females.

Location
Keepie Uppies does not need a great deal of space, a few square yards is all that is necessary. It is an activity that can be pursued both indoors or out side providing there is adequate height for intended ball moves.

Description
Keepie Uppie is about keeping the ball bouncing off your body, not touching the ground, but you do not use your arms.

Potential
Although primarily an activity designed to improve footballing skills and ball control. There are competitions for keeping the ball in the air for longest periods and the most touches of the ball in a given time, without the ball touching the ground.
