Description
'Greco' as it is known is one of four main disciplines of amateur competitive wrestling practiced, the others are Judo wrestling, Freestyle wrestling and Sombo wrestling. The legs are not allowed to be used in anyway to tackle the opponent, nor are any holds allowed below the waist. Each round lasts 5 minutes the opponent must either throw or using a hold drop his opponent to the mat.
Dedication
If you want to become a fit and agile wrestler you will need to put in the hours and watch your diet making sure it is healthy and full of nutrients. Most professional athletes train everyday, though you can just enjoy the sport as a hobby a couple of times a week.
