Weaving is an age old method of producing fabric on a weaving loom, this used on an industrial scale to make many of the fabrics used today and also a much sought after interest amongst crafts people.

Description
Weaving an ancient textile art and craft, involves placing two sets of threads or yarn, one called the warp and one the weft of the loom and turning them into material. The finished product can be all one colour, though some people mix colours and even include designs such as the effect that we get from tapestry which is a very close relation. Weaving is not only used to make material but also interests such as rug making use weaving, children are often taught to paper weave at school.

This is a craft that is very easy to pick up and very fulfilling when a project is finished it is advisable to join an club or a class to get yourself started.
