The process of drawing with different coloured pieces of chalk. This can be on paper, canvas a blackboard or even on a pavement. Which is very popular.

Chalk artists are very much in demand especially for blackboard signs where there is some sort of publicity required and some of the designs can be very elaborate and need to be eye-catching.

Chalk drawings can be done almost anywhere, It is best to make sure its OK before you start to commit your work of art to the local pavement though. The good thing is chalk can be easily removed.
