A Poker Run is an organised fun event, in which contestants must visit five sometimes seven checkpoints, drawing a playing card at each one.The game object is to have the best poker hand at the end of the run.
Events are normally themed to suit particular forms of transport, such as motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, horses, car, foot, or any other means of transportation. and are commonly held as part of a weekend gathering, resulting in money being raised for charity.
